Rina Kaminishi
Founder & Managing Director
Our Founder and Managing Director, Rina Kaminishi, has enjoyed a stellar 13-year career as one of the region’s leading recruitment consultants.
Prior to founding Kaminishi Recruitment, Rina worked for top multinational firms Robert Walters in both Tokyo and Hong Kong, and Michael Page in Sydney.
During this time, she attained the rare and unprecedent triple achievement of being the top biller for supply chain in each of the three markets she worked in - Japan, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Having started her career at Japanese freight forwarding company Kintetsu World Express, Rina’s love of supply chain and logistics is rivalled only by her passion for connecting the right talent to the right employers.
